Joint pain relief

This product is a fantastic anti-inflammatory! I mainly use it to assist with my joints, especially my knees, which often suffer due to being overweight and having arthritis. This B complex formula from Solgar significantly reduces inflammation and, consequently, the pain in my joints. When I pair it with flaxseed oil (low lignin), I hardly feel any discomfort at all! Unlike OTC pain relief methods, which can harm the liver or kidneys, the 100 B complex feels like a more natural and long-lasting solution.
